SMS Coaching allows the learners to develop in many additional ways through individually designed pathways, not only in terms of recognised qualifications, but other life skills such as confidence building, team work and social skills. Programme Delivery

SMS Coaching is flexible and can deliver the programmes to meet the needs of the learners. All venues have practical facilities and classrooms for theory based work. We will work with Cameron on a one-to-one basis or 2 staff-1 ratio to meet his social and emotional needs.

A typical training day will start at 10:00am and finish at 2.00pm. Group sessions will run from either 10:30-12:30 or 12:30-2:30)

There is a clear reporting / communication schedule which includes...

Daily attendance reporting

Incidents/safeguarding procedures

Weekly progress reports

Regular meetings

Regular meetings between Project manager and lead training staff to discuss progress and to review the programmes development

SMS gathers comprehensive data regarding individuals through the application process and requests additional information. This information is used to form the Individual Learning Plan (ILP)

Student Code of Conduct

Each student will be required to sign and adhere to the SMS Code of Conduct Policy. If the individual refuses to engage with the programme the Behaviour Management Policy will be followed which involves a warning process with the ultimate consequence being the termination of the programme.

Mentor Programme

We use a combination of his pro and amateur fighters to assist in the mentoring scheme at SMS which is really powerful to enhance the learners and provide positive role models. SMS will work towards mentor ASDAN qualifications and leadership award as part of this during his PSHE time.

SMS alternative provision from £85 per day prices may vary for 1 to 1 and EHCP needs

Group packages £225 per session up to 6 Young people (times 10-12pm or 12:30-2:30)
